| Project Overview: |
Stuart Dean signed on as Galleria Corporate Centre’s ongoing metal and stone maintenance vendor in 2006. Stuart Dean has completed ornamental brass handrails located at the 2nd floor balconies. Stuart Dean is also responsible for a monthly stone maintenance program to keep the lobby floors throughout the building in a lustrous and pristine condition. |
| Challenge: |
Galleria Corporate Centre called on Stuart Dean because the Centre’s previous maintenance vendor had not successfully met scheduling standards. In addition, Stuart Dean was tasked to care for the lobby floor and interior architectural metal that had not been well maintained. |
| Work Completed: |
Stuart Dean has honed and polished the lobby floors as well as stripped, polished and coated brass. We will also soon be completing power washing projects. |
| Results: |
Stuart Dean was able to meet Galleria Corporate Centre’s scheduling requirements and successfully address the company’s quality concerns. The company is very satisfied with the results Stuart Dean has achieved regarding the floors and architectural metalwork. |
