Operations Manager - Atlanta

Stuart Dean is looking for qualified candidates for the role of Operations Manager in the Atlanta Office. This is a great opportunity for a supervisor looking to advance their career. The position provides leadership for the operations and field services of a mid-sized Office and is charged with day-to-day planning and scheduling of manpower pursuant to client needs and projects and in accordance with company guidelines on direct labor management.

The individual in this role is expected to implement and support Company SOP's, policies, procedures, production protocols, and safety programs that assure effective and efficient service delivery. They will be accountable for upholding and exhibiting the Stuart Dean "Values" of fairness, accountability, mutual respect, integrity, and loyalty. This role must interact and carefully coordinate with Sales in conducting site inspections, developing bids and proposals, may do some direct sales for added services, and directly support account management. The position has P&L responsibility for office operations as well as direct management and supervisory duties for a crew of field technicians. The position coordinates the activities, budgets, and manpower required for current and future needs of the operation and its clients.

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience preferably in Stuart Dean operations, and/or commercial property/facility management, building operations, construction management, trades, or related industry/service. A 4-year college degree is not required but is considered a plus. Requires a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience. Needs to be familiar with processes and applications for restoration and maintenance of metal, stone, wood and glass. Project management skills are highly desirable. OSHA 10 or higher certification is an expectation but not required to apply. If missing, it will need to be completed as soon as possible.

Compensation is commensurate with experience, education, and geographical location. The individual will need to be able to work flexible hours including evenings. Travel may be required. Bi-lingual skills, especially in Spanish, are a plus but not required. Some relocation assistance is available.
