South Beach in Miami, Florida. The restoration work at the luxury hotel designed by
renowned architect Morris Lapidus included honing, polishing and re-grouting marble
flooring, walls, vanities and thresholds in the hotel’s 411 guest bathrooms.

historic Loews Philadelphia Hotel, a skyscraper built in 1929 as the headquarters of the

the paneled walls and ceilings of the hotel’s 42,000 square feet of conference space
adhering to strict Architectural Woodwork Institute standards.

Stuart Dean to Restore 90-Year-Old Historic Library at Williams College in Williamstown, Mass.

services, is pleased to announce that the company will perform nearly its full array of services to
refurbish and fully restore many of the architectural appointments to the library in Stetson Hall, a
90-year-old building on the Williams College campus in Williamstown, Mass. Construction
manager for the project, New England-based Consigli Construction Co., Inc. (Consigli), has
contracted Stuart Dean to perform this large-scale, sensitive restoration work as part of a
renovation and addition project to Stetson Hall, and the green construction of a new library and
information technology center on campus.

Stuart Dean Highlights Extensive Restoration Project Honoring the Marines in Conjunction with Marine Week Cleveland
Stuart Dean, an international provider of renowned architectural restoration services, has joined Cuyahoga County, Ohio to honor the sacrifice of the county's Civil War veterans during Marine Week Cleveland (June 11 through 17). This week, as many as 1,000 people are expected to visit the refurbished interior of the Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument on the Public Square in the city, a 118-year-old memorial that pays tribute to the men of Cuyahoga County who served in that war. It also is one of the first to depict the roles of women in the Civil War. Stuart Dean specialists spent months restoring the historic interior ornate bronze at the core of the monument, returning the metal to its original state. Stuart Dean was also charged with preparing interior stone surfaces, including the large, ornate etched marble slabs on the site of the monument that include the names of fallen soldiers.

Stuart Dean Technicians Restore Boston’s Historic Fairmont Copley Plaza for Hotel’s 100th Anniversary
Stuart Dean, an international provider of renowned architectural restoration services, is restoring century-old marble walls and flooring throughout the historic Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston as part of the hotel’s $20 million centennial restoration project. Stuart Dean’s skilled technicians are diamond honing, polishing and sealing marble flooring and stairs, and re-grouting, polishing and sealing marble walls. Most of the work is confined to the hotel’s 384 guest bathrooms, but also includes a staircase from the lobby to fifth floor, and a staircase leading to the health spa. The guestroom part of the project began in the fall of 2011, and will be complete prior to the centennial celebration in summer 2012. The hotel will remain open throughout the entire renovation.
