services, will highlight its full circle of interior and exterior architectural restoration solutions at the
Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of St. Louis 2012 Industry Expo. The
company will serve as an exhibitor at the event, which is being held at the Sheraton Westport
Chalet on May 10, 2012 in St. Louis, MO. The theme of this year’s expo is “Cities Around the
World,” which will enable commercial real estate owners, executives, managers and operating
personnel to learn and share with colleagues across the building ownership and commercial
property management industries.

Stuart Dean Technicians Restore Boston’s Historic Fairmont Copley Plaza for Hotel’s 100th Anniversary
Stuart Dean, an international provider of renowned architectural restoration services, is restoring century-old marble walls and flooring throughout the historic Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston as part of the hotel’s $20 million centennial restoration project. Stuart Dean’s skilled technicians are diamond honing, polishing and sealing marble flooring and stairs, and re-grouting, polishing and sealing marble walls. Most of the work is confined to the hotel’s 384 guest bathrooms, but also includes a staircase from the lobby to fifth floor, and a staircase leading to the health spa. The guestroom part of the project began in the fall of 2011, and will be complete prior to the centennial celebration in summer 2012. The hotel will remain open throughout the entire renovation.
