Class A Office Building |
| Project Overview: |
In 2006, Lincoln Harris hired Stuart Dean to restore and maintain the stone work in Bank of America’s corporate headquarters. Stuart Dean was tasked with restoring the marble floors of the Corporate Center and Founders Hall, as well as creating a regular program of maintenance to keep the stone in shape for years to come. |
| Challenge: |
Bank of America’s previous maintenance vendor had neglected to properly care for the stone. The building’s marble suffered from ten years of acid polishing and crystallization, leaving many scratches for Stuart Dean’s technicians to remove. |
| Work Completed: |
Restoration involved honing, acid polishing, and crystallizing all floors. |
| Results: |
Bank of America employees have gone out of their way to remark that the floor looks “perfect,” “the best it has ever looked.” Sorry, no pictures available. |
| Client Feedback: |
The floors look fabulous. |
