Jones Lang LaSalle

Building: Jones Lang LaSalle
Client: Hitt Contracting
Location: Washington, DC
Type: Class A Office Building
Project Overview: The Jones Lang LaSalle commercial office building stands on Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, DC, directly across the street from the White House. HIH Contracting hired Stuart Dean to perform façade and metal refinishing work on the building in 2006. Though this was a one-time job, HIH has partnered with Stuart Dean for over 15 years to restore and maintain buildings in the Washington, DC area.
Challenge: The Jones Lang LaSalle building was occupied during the restoration process. In addition, a ground floor retail establishment needed to remain fully open and accessible while the project was underway.
Work Completed: Limestone cleaning, re-caulking, PPG Coraflon painting, glass polishing, travertine filling, stainless steel lacquering and mullion replacement.
Results: Stuart Dean’s skilled technicians successfully restored the Jones Lang LaSalle’s exterior to its original beauty.
Client: Project Manager, Clifford Chow from Hitt Contracting.
