Administrative Assistant – Part Time (30 Hours/week) – Virginia

Stuart Dean is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for its Falls Church, Virginia office.  This position will support the Virginia team with their administrative needs and will be responsible for functional areas of office support, timesheets and payroll, and operations duties.

Responsibilities:

  • handling and triage of incoming calls
  • maintaining office supplies and stationery
  • accounts payable
  • working with operation staff – send requests for work clearance to customers/print reports
  • data entry
  • travel arrangements
  • general office duties

 Requirements:

  • high school diploma
  • minimum of 3 to 5 years of office/administrative support experience
  • prior experience with basic office accounting processes, human resources processes and transactions, data entry, administrative support and report creation strongly preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
  • proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power Point
  • competent at reviewing, editing, and preparing letters, basic reports, basic billing/invoicing documentation
