Timothy Shea elected Chairman of the Board for Stuart Dean Company News
New York (July, 2018) – Stuart Dean’s Board of Directors has announced the election of Timothy Shea as Chairman of the Board, taking the helm on the retirement of past-chairman Michael Degan.
Shea has been a member of Stuart Dean’s board of directors since 2002. Tim retired in 2016 as Global CEO and president of Assa Abloy Hospitality, a global division of the Stockholm-based Assa Abloy Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. See Tim’s full bio here.
Tim is joined on the board by two new members, Scott Day and Margaret (Peggy) Cullen.
Scott Day
Scott is an experienced executive who has accepted transformative roles throughout his career. He has managed both large and small P&L’s with leadership roles in sales, engineering, operations, IT, and strategy. Scott has certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and as a LEED Green Building Associate and holds degrees from the University of Phoenix in Business Management and the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Computer Technology. Peggy Cullen
Peggy serves as President of EnviroPro Consultants. She holds a degree in Environmental Science from New England College, Henniker, New Hampshire and has served on the board of directors for Riverkeeper – ‘New York’s Clean Water Advocate’.
