Our Leadership Team
Timothy Shea
ChairTim was elected to the Stuart Dean Board of Directors in 2002 and became Chair of the Board in 2018.
Tim retired in 2016 as Global CEO and president of Assa Abloy Hospitality, a global division of the Stockholm-based Assa Abloy Company. The Hospitality Division is the world leader in hotel security technology with products installed in more than 42,000 properties worldwide, securing in excess of 7 million hotel rooms. The Division consists of 17 international business units coupled with local distribution networks serving 155 countries globally. Under Tim’s leadership the business tripled in size becoming the largest hotel locking company in the world.
Tim currently is consulting with several industrial clients and serves on the boards of Oracle Elevator, Essex Electronics, and Crane1. Tim is currently interim CEO of Oracle Elevator.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Adriene Bailey
Board MemberAdriene Bailey joined the Stuart Dean Board in 2016. Adriene serves as Partner and Head of the North American Rail Practice for Oliver Wyman. Her transportation and logistics industry experience spans more than 25 years with well-established organizations in the logistics, intermodal and management consulting sectors. Ms. Bailey has held leadership positions at Yusen Logistics, Pacer International, CSX Transportation, Southern Pacific Railroad, and Oliver Wyman Consulting. She earned a Master in Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Princeton University.
Thomas B. Brown
Board MemberThomas Brown is a partner at LGT Capital Partners (USA) Inc., where he is a senior member of the real estate practice.
Prior to joining the firm, he co-founded Clerestory Capital Advisors in 2007, now part of LGT CP. Before that, Mr. Brown headed the global real estate practice of Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management, based in London. Earlier still, he was real estate investment banker for 12 years at J.P. Morgan in London, New York and Frankfurt. He began his career with Oak Tree Capital, Inc. in New Orleans, formerly a real estate asset management firm and a subsidiary of Oak Tree Capital Savings and Loan.
Mr. Brown holds a BA from the University of Mississippi. He is fluent in English and conversant in German. Thomas serves on the Management Board of the European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles (INREV) and also serves on the Editorial Board of Summit Journal, a publication of the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE).
Margaret (Peggy) Cullen
Board MemberPeggy was the President of EnviroPro Consultants, overseeing the inspections of residential fuel oil tank removals and remediations for the ProGuard Program and providing investigative, technical, and site reports to ProGuard’s claims adjustors. She also managed the field unit.
Peggy previously served as Director at Aon Environmental, responsible for the insurance brokerage business. Before that, Peggy was Senior Vice President for AIG Environmental over a twenty-year career, including managing the worldwide environmental underwriting for AIU and the mergers and acquisitions unit for AIG Environmental.
Peggy holds a degree in Environmental Science from New England College, Henniker, NH. She has served on the board of directors for Riverkeeper – ‘New York’s Clean Water Advocate,’ and a previous 7-year tenure on Stuart Dean’s board. Peggy is a licensed Property and Casualty Broker in NY, CT, PA, MA, and NJ. She holds OSHA HazMat and NJ DEP Storage Tank Closure training certifications.
Cathleen Degan-Nikas
Board MemberCathi enjoyed a 38 year career as an employee of Stuart Dean. During that time, she served in every position within the company including stints in operations, sales, regional management and executive positions including CEO. She previously served for 7 years on the Board of Directors and after a brief hiatus, was re-appointed in 2019.
Cathi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Portland.
Chris Degan
Board MemberChris has served on the Stuart Dean Board of Directors since May 2010.
Chris is currently president of Razzoo’s, Inc. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.
Scott Halstead
Board MemberScott Halstead was elected to the Stuart Dean Board in 2001. He serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees and currently chairs the Compensation Committee. Previously, he chaired the Audit and Investment Committees.
Scott has over 25 years of experience building high-growth venture capital and private equity-backed companies as a CEO, COO, and CFO. He is currently an advisor and consultant to growth companies, an active investor, and serves on the Board of Pendella Technologies. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Vital Strategies, a global public health non-profit.
Previous positions include being CFO and head of customer operations for Viator. He was key in its sale to TripAdvisor (for $200 million). Prior to Viator, he was CEO at WageWorks and COO & CFO at eBenX.
Scott holds a bachelor’s from Northwestern University and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in San Francisco with his wife and two children.
Charlotte Jensen
Board MemberCharlotte joined the Stuart Dean Board of Directors in May 2021
Charlotte has over 22 years in the facilities services & management industry working in leadership and executive roles with national and global organizations, including Sodexo, ABM, OneSource, and ISS.
In October 2020, she founded Guest Blueprint, a boutique, client-centric advisory firm. Guest Blueprint brings world-class solutions to enhance the global guest experience by optimizing hard and soft facility services.
Previous positions include CEO of Airport Lounges, a $500M operating division of Sodexo, North America, and Senior Vice President of the Sports & Entertainment division at ABM.
Charlotte holds a BS in Business Administration from Susquehanna University in Pennsylvania with a minor in Spanish and completed a year of Advanced Spanish from the University of Malaga, Spain.
Kristen H. Schorp
Board MemberKristen Schorp has served on Stuart Dean’s Board of Directors since May 2016.
A licensed attorney, Kristen serves as Associate General Counsel to Tulane University, where she advises senior leadership on matters related to contracts, legal and regulatory compliance, clinical and basic science research, and the day-to-day operations of the School of Medicine, Tulane University Medical Group, and the School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Before joining Tulane, Kristen served as Assistant General Counsel to Ochsner Health System. Kristen began her legal career in private practice, representing a wide range of corporate clients on matters ranging from corporate formation and private equity financings to complex commercial litigation.
Kristen earned her B.B.A. in Business Honors and Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin and her J.D. from Tulane University Law School. Kristen lives in New Orleans, Louisiana with her husband and two children.

Chris is a transformational and inclusive leader known for charting the vision and strategic path while cultivating stakeholder engagement to drive organizations to the next level. Chris looks to build brand value and engage employees to propel organizational performance and growth.
Chris is married and lives in New Jersey with his wife Jennifer and their three sons. Most weekends you will find Chris at a hockey rink watching his boys play hockey.

Dan Wukitsch
Senior VP of SalesDan joined Stuart Dean in June 2021 as the Senior Vice President of Sales. Dan has a unique combination of Sales and General Management experience that spans over 20 years in the construction and service industries.
He has spent the majority of his career in vertical transportation (elevators) and fire protection. Dan has held key roles in National Account Sales where he developed solution-based strategies for the healthcare, government and retail markets. In addition to his background in service sales, he has also taken on roles as a General Manager in the Chicago and Philadelphia markets.
Nick Panetta
Regional VP - Eastern RegionNick Panetta joined Stuart Dean in November 2021 as Vice President of the Eastern Region. He brings over 30-years’ experience of working in the metal and stone industry. Prior to joining Stuart Dean, he was Chief Operating Officer of Wallico Maintenance which he joined in 2007. Nick’s customer relationship skills are second-to-none, and as a result, has built solid customer relations nationwide, particularly in New York and Chicago where he previously managed crews of 50 technicians and more. Nick’s experience to better serve customer needs through adopting appropriate technology and enhance customer satisfaction will be an asset to Stuart Dean.
Nick is an active volunteer firefighter and a New Jersey foodbank volunteer. Nick is fluent in English and is skilled conversationally in Spanish and Italian. He has two sons and is married and lives in New Jersey with his wife Adriana.
Louisa Stephens
VP of Human ResourcesLouisa Stephens joined Stuart Dean in May 2022 as Vice President of HR.
In this role, Louisa is responsible for delivering the people agenda supporting our business growth, and helping drive business performance through the engagement and development of all our employees.
Louisa has over 10 years of HR experience working in various industries, including facilities management, real estate, healthcare, travel, and media in small and large international companies. Her most recent role was with Ready, a US start-up company focused on providing healthcare services directly to patients’ homes.
Louisa’s expertise is in organizational design, succession planning, performance development, recruitment, and employee relations. She has managed HR functions in the US, UK, Asia, and Australia.
Louisa has a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree from the University of Southampton in the UK. She lives with her husband, Tom, in Long Island City, New York.
Randolph Wells
VP of Information TechnologyRandy Wells heads up the Information Technology function at Stuart Dean. With over 30 years in the field of Information technology, he has been with Stuart Dean since 2001 with a spell away from the company working with Computer Network Solutions and Highstreet IT Solutions. His current tenure at the Company started in 2015. Before joining Stuart Dean, Randy served in various leadership and other capacities in IT at Random House, Bantam Double Day, New York Power Authority, and Time Warner.
Randy resides with is his family in New York.

Vice President - Strategic AccountsStephanie oversees a key part of Stuart Dean’s business by managing all national accounts with her team.
